This year, Frontwise is proud to celebrate Pride once again.
We invite all Frontwisers to join the celebration, show up, take part and make Pride visible across our community. Whether you join the event, support colleagues, share the message or simply help create an open and welcoming environment: your presence matters.
Pride is not only about one event, one day or one moment in the year. For us, Pride reflects the culture we want to build every day. A culture where everyone feels welcome, safe and free to be themselves.
At Frontwise, we believe people do their best work when they feel respected, valued and seen for who they are. Inclusion is therefore not a side note. It is part of how we work together, how we support each other and how we grow as a company.
