At Frontwise, Pride is much more than a date on the calendar. It is a reflection of who we are, the culture we build together, and the values we choose to live every single day.
This year’s Pride Bubbly celebration was a wonderful reminder of what makes Frontwise special. Colleagues came together to celebrate diversity, inclusion and belonging in an atmosphere filled with positive energy, meaningful conversations and genuine connection. A special thank you goes to Eva, Rozi and Sara, whose enthusiasm and dedication made the event such a success.
We were also honoured to welcome distinguished guests from the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in North Macedonia:
- Her Excellency Özlem Canel, Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands
- Manon Janssen, Deputy Head of Mission
- Ivan Iliev, Regional Economy and Trade Officer
Their presence made the occasion even more meaningful. Hearing Frontwise recognised as a company that actively supports inclusion and creates an environment where people feel welcome, respected and encouraged to be themselves was something we are incredibly proud of.
For our founders, Jan and Bart, who unfortunately could not attend this year’s event, the message remains clear: Pride matters. Not only during Pride Month, but every day.
As they shared with our colleagues, culture is not something you write down in a handbook. It is something people create together. Every conversation, every act of respect, every opportunity to make someone feel seen and valued contributes to the culture that defines Frontwise.
That is why Pride is not a celebration for a specific group of people. It is a celebration for everyone who believes that workplaces should be open, respectful and safe places where everyone has the freedom to be themselves.
While society continues to make progress, visibility, acceptance and inclusion cannot be taken for granted. They require commitment, courage and, above all, people who are willing to stand together.
At Frontwise, we are proud that these values are not just words on a wall. They are reflected in how we collaborate, how we support one another and how we continue building a company where everyone belongs.
